Be expected to talk to lots of different people, it’s a marathon interview process with lots of different personalities to try to appeal to. They seem a little disorganized, but genuine. It was more listening than talking. Expect interruptions.

met with groups of brokers - very informal process and laid back. not a stressful experience, they're just looking for "people persons". interview was as much learning about the role as it was them learning about the skills that were being offered by interviewee.
