Phone interview screening (about 30 minutes) after on-line application; then was scheduled for an "in person" interview the following week. Interviewed with 2 different managers about a potential position that lasted about 45 minutes.

I had a brief phone interview with an HR representative, a few days later she phoned and an interview was set up. The interview took about an hour. The questions were detailed and mostly were geared towards your previous experience. Some questions were repetitive.
