Basic phone interview. They ask about experience and motivation. Your performance on the job will dictate how long you last. To succeed you need to be very energetic, aggressive (on the phone), and persistent. Follow that formula and you'll do well.

Interview
Phone interview, then in-person interview with HR rep and Manager. Both were quite informal, but were relatively pleasant experiences. However, I never had a follow-up after the interview (to move to the next step or to be disqualified). I called the HR rep twice and never heard back from him.
