Advancement Project interview questions

I completed a 5 month long interview process, including a final round interview with the ED and the person who would be my supervisor. After that final round, it took almost a month to finally get them to respond to me, at which point they said they no longer were hiring for the role. I was furious at first, but later relieved to have dodged a bullet. If this is how they treat their people, I want no part in it.
