Advantage Marketing Solutions interview questions

Very kind and patient, ask questions around personal goals, strengths and weaknesses, ask questions based on job description to see fit, and ask for personal wants and needs. The interview was not intimidating and was supportive of my personal needs and atmosphere feels welcoming.

Interview process was very conversational. The first HR interview as via phone, the next 2 were in-person in the office (pre-Covid). The remaining was via TEAMS call. Met with 3-4 internal folks and 1 client before offer was shared.
