Great experience. Had 2 interviews. One initial and another with the other members of my team to make sure we are all compatible. In depth questions, and very well rounded. I felt like I was certainly given the change to present myself to the best of my ability.

Interview
Very informal. When asked why i was passed over the manager said she didn't want to take the time to train me. Felt the manager didn't want to take my prior experience into consideration.
