Normally they have 3 round as the first round is aptitude test and in the second round its is GD and technicalround after hr round. If you clear these rounds you are being selected
I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Advenser (Kerala Estate) in Mar 2020
Interview
It was a good experience with the firm. Interview was having 2 steps. One is HR round and other one is Technical round. Both happened for me as online. The company policy is good enough. The working atmosphere is soo good there.
