To secure the BDE role, I underwent a 3-step process, each involving an online interview with HR.
In the first round, there was a group discussion (GD) where I was assigned a topic to speak on. I delivered a fluent 2-minute speech in English on the given topic.
The second round consisted of typical interview questions. I introduced myself by sharing details about my work experience, hobbies, interests, and personal attributes. They also asked why I believed they should hire me, and I provided a thoughtful response.
The third and final round was an informal conversation with HR. This step aimed to assess the candidate's genuine interest and passion for pursuing a career in the BDE role.
