The first stage was a quick phone call to talk about my experience, the role, and the company. It was very friendly and more exploratory than a traditional interview, which was a great introduction to the company and process.
Within a few days, I received an invite for the second stage, a video call with a Director that included a presentation. I had about a week to prepare, and they were very flexible with their availability.
The interview itself was thorough, but never felt like any questions were irrelevant or unnecessary. The questions were open-ended and conversational, so it didn’t feel like a box-ticking Q&A, and I genuinely felt the interviewer was interested in my answers. There is a strong focus not only on experience and ability to perform the role, but also on soft skills and cultural fit.
I heard back with a decision within a week of the second interview. Overall, the process was friendly, professional, and very transparent.
