My interview happened over a 3 rounds in a span of 2 weeks. First round: It was a general introduction, learning about my experience and me, and understanding my fit with the culture and the goals of the company. Second round: had to submit an assignment and do a role play for the same, this was the most difficult stage as i had to face all sorts of client scenarios but it was a good experience. Third round: Co-founder took this round for finalising, we had a general discussion and had a general topic scenario where my thought process was evaluated and also got a clear picture of the company’s goals and plans.
