Interview
Applied online. Had to complete 3 online tests - 1: about identifying baggage tags (10 questions and timed) , 2: about how I would respond to different situations (10 questions and timed), 3: personality test (95 questions). Was then emailed to let me know that I had progressed to the next stage, which was an online interview. This was either a recorded video on one of their apps or a phone call if you didn't have internet access. I then received a call from the recruiting manager at the airport a few days later. I was to meet with two managers but only one was available when I got there. The interview lasted 10 mins. I had to take pre employment drug and alcohol tests, national police checks and complete a dangerous goods course before I could work.

Interview
I applied online at the end of April, completed a personality test then asked to do a video interview which was automated and you had to video record answers. About a month later I got an email for a one on one interview via Skype more questions are about the role and customer service. Then the following week I got email for a meet and greet with managers asking simpler questions about the hours and stuff like that. Couple days later heard back with the offer.
