Met through indeed, was contacted two days after applying. I interviewed first over the phone and then in person about a week after.
In person interview was with 5 people including the HR head, Manufacturing Department heads, and CEO.
Very nice people, seemed very dedicated but overwhelmed by their jobs. Company is very well invested in their machines, but not in their building, which wasn't neccesarily a factor in why I declined.
I declined due to two reasons:
1) The feeling that if I started there I was going to be overwhelmed by the job, and with a family I can't afford to work 50+ hours a week, including weekends in some cases, according to the interviewers.
2) The general sense that the company wasn't well financially, this was was compounded by reviews of the company that confirmed my suspicions.
Pay offered was very competitive, and they were willing to negotiate.
Benefits were average to good, insurance, retirement matching, etc.
