Interview
Recruiter was friendly, however, they were staunchly unwilling to provide any details regarding the compensation range or the financial stability of the company. Huge red flags! They told me they'd like to schedule a next round, then promptly ghosted me and informed me days later that they were moving forward with someone else. Extremely unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere -- if this is the state of their interview process, the rest of the company is sure to be worse.

Interview
I applied with the recruiter, Doug. He was very helpful and responsive throughout the process. He was very upfront about AeroPay moving forward quickly with the interview process. And he was not wrong. The whole interview process took only 3-4 days.
Everyone I talked to seemed to really care about the company and knew exactly what they were looking of in the candidates for this position.
It's a very typical startup culture where people just come to do what they love.
