Worked on various Affirmative Immigration Cases Filed with the United States Citizen and Immigration Service. Prepared Adjustment of Status Cases, Deferred Action, Childhood Arrivals, K-1 Fiance, K-2 Family, and 601-A Waivers. Conducted client intake interviews. Researched conditions in the client’s home countries to assess their case and assist them with their affidavits and declarations. Drafted N-400 Citizen applications, I-90 Green Card Renewal, I-821 Deferred Action applications, and I-589 Asylum applications. Provided status updates to clients.
