Structured interview process. Starts with basics, and go to most advanced level. There were 5 rounds. and one HR and manager round. 5 technical rounds were hectic, you have to scramble your brains a lot. the last two rounds relatively easy. I was a collage GRAD at that time.

Aftek is nice company in terms of providing quality work for embedded domain. They asked me technical question really relevant to my profile and quite good. After clearing telephonic interview F2F interview was even better. They have good projects in hand.
