I talked with HR lady a long time!!!!! 50 minutes she told me about the company structure,expecations of the role also a lot about the tech skills requirements, tools and tech stacks. She was quite open about the difficulty they have hiring for this role because I asked why they advertise this job all the time!!!!!! She also told me about their tech debts and she was okay to talk about the bad review from another SRE candidate so I thought she was kinda cool!!!!!! Overall it went quite well as she seemed genuinely interested in my background and helped me summarised my transferrable skills, she also asked what I am looking for in-terms of career plans I like how she asked me what bring to the table and can teach AfterShip, makes me feel confident and proud and can complement the current team There is still final stage after I find time to do GitHub challenge. Which means I need to take annual leave to go to the Tsuen Wan office again to meet SRE team and the bosses Good thing she said if they make me an offer, can sign contract electronically, otherwise wasting all my annual leave!!!!!!
