Worst interview process I had ever had to go through
Made it through two rounds, but then they said I didn’t have enough experience and rejected me. Then, they changed their mind and continued the interview process again, but changed their mind a third time and said I did not have enough experience.

Behavioral questions about projects. Nothing that difficult.
The interviewer don’t know a lot and only believes what they know. Very weird. Don’t know that they are trying to ask. Hope they improve. Small shop. Filling words now

Round 1: Zoom call with 3 quants Round 2: Zoom call with higher ups Round 3: In person interview with higher ups The firm rejected me once because I didn’t have enough experience, then un rejected me and resumed interviews, then rejected me again because I didn’t have enough experience. Terribly unprofessional.
