I never saw this post because I don't regularly check Glassdoor. I just wanted to say that I personally am very sorry for this happening.
During that period in which we were searching for a senior leadership role, I am certain I made a few mistakes in getting back to candidates.
At the time, I was doing about 80+ hour weeks, and deeply regretted anyone I didn't get back to quickly enough. This may have slipped my mind and organization, and I'm very sorry for that.
If you wish to identify yourself by emailing me personally, I will apologize to you again. I hope you were able to find a meaningful leadership position somewhere.
