Initially contacted by recruiter who found my resume online. There was a screening interview, then an in-person interview. The screening interview was about 45 minutes to an hour. In person was about 2 hours. I was presented with a sample RFP and had to prepare a list of questions for the client, and an answer to the RFP and simple project plan. I then had to present to the hiring manager as if I would present to a client. During the presentation, the manager asked questions and later conducted a standard interview. The manager was very compassionate about the company and the opportunity to build a new team in the area. I chose not to move forward in the process because the opportunity to telecommute 1-2 days a week was not an option. Corporate Office is in Boston but position was for Atlanta office.
