Practical interview and amicable interviewers. Felt at ease with the interviewers. Practical questions and questions were more of guiding to understand suitability. Good to come prepared and show how to contribute to the role. Show interest in public sector.

There were 3 interviewer via VC. Process was pretty casual, no pressure. Took about 40mins on the interview. Director was asking more technical questions and tested on a short presentation.
