The first interview was with an hr representative for about 30 minutes speaking about my previous experiences The second interview was with the same hr representative, the head of Moldovan office and a guy working remotely abroad and freshly hired. We have again discussed about my experiences and future plans, at the end the guy told me to do a homework which should describe how a vending coffee machine works. After sending a brief presentation nobody even bothered to get back with an answer/feedback. Really strange company with always changing employees who cannot even explain what is the companies main target and what are they doing, besides saying that they are a fintech company with b2b solutions and partners Would not recommend for company change opportunity.
