Rejected after the recruiter screening. I am glad they got back to me, but was ghosted after requesting feedback following the rejection. It kind of left a sour taste in my mouth, especially since the recruiter was so receptive and responsive at the beginning AND they put an emphasis on kindness and empathy throughout the job description and the interview process.

First, a video call with a recruiter. If you were a fit, then you would have a technical call with other developers. I have a technical call with two developers at the same time. Overall, they were kind, respectful, and gave me one of the most pleasant interviews I've had thus far. I really liked this company. They were definitely a top choice for me...I'm still bummed out about my rejection.
