HR call then call with a coach. The feedback was that they were very interested in having me work for them and would continue the interview process when they had a spot to put me on.
This threw me for a loop. Turns out they advertise and recruit when there is in fact no job. Im not sure they realize it but many applying for jobs expect that there is an actual job. I have talked with other agile coaches and they got the same result. So I would not waste the time on the calls with this company. Candidates take time preparing and having these calls, many of us can bill for these hours. So we lose real money playing this game.
