Absolutely unacceptable experience. If you receive their so-called “code assignment” email, save yourself the time. It’s nothing but an automated bot blast. Even after completing the assignment and submitting a private repository link exactly as instructed, they offer zero acknowledgement and zero follow-up. No feedback, no update, not even the basic courtesy of a rejection. This kind of behaviour is disrespectful, unprofessional, and shows a complete disregard for candidates’ time and effort. If a company can’t even manage transparent communication during the hiring process, it speaks volumes about the culture and reliability you can expect internally. Candidates deserve better than being ignored after doing free work for them.
