AheadRace is a Fraud company. After preliminary interaction they sent me an assignment mini-project to code and submit, which I did best and submitted with all documentation. Then they took 3 round of interviews/discussion with final discussion with CTO. Process took a month and all went well, and they said all is positive, rounds clear and they will confirm with offer letter in a week. Then on every 2-3 days intervals they keep saying will send you offer after holidays, then waiting for CTO reply, then also say you please do not look anywhere else, as we are about to send offer letter, it would be unenthical if you accept or join some other offers, or giving interviews. I was keen to join them, as my skill interests and remote work was looking good, so I waited. While following them, they now start saying they do not get CTO reply, neither no nor yes nor any reason, and so ask me to lower my expected CTC (which was known to them from start and was already within company mentioned budget). They say they think CTO is not confirming bcoz of package, so I reduced my expectation, then they keep bargaining you every 2-3 days, saying same thing, like no response from CTO, please lower your expectation they will re-inform CTO and send me offer letter. Asking for reason they do not have anything, again neither no, neither any reason, nor confirmation. Doing all this, repeated several times, another months passed, and they just say CTO is not replying, and so it should be considered cancelled. Voila! After 2 months efforts, follow ups, waiting for offer when package and everything all decided, within their range and all rounds cleared, they just end it no clarity, no reason, no offer letter. And you are left to start searching for other jobs from scratch after wasting 2 months bcoz they assured you while saying to be ethical to not search anywhere else as it is almost confirmed, and you waited for offer letter. They play with candidate's career while being unethical amd unprofessional themselves. Dont waste your time with them, Idiot company, and they loose good candidates bcoz of this.
