The interview experience was very positive overall. The entire process took around eight weeks, partly because it coincided with Christmas and New Year, which naturally slowed things down. At another time of year, it likely would have moved faster.
The Talent Acquisition Manager was highly communicative and kept me informed in an exceptionally proactive way throughout the process. Even though the process took weeks, I knew what was happening and when.
There were four interview rounds and two home tasks. While the home tasks required some effort, the workload was reasonable. They also gave me a genuine opportunity to demonstrate my skills rather than simply talk about them, which I appreciated. I find role-specific home tasks far more meaningful than generic aptitude tests.
The process allowed ample opportunity to ask questions and assess whether the role and the company would be a good fit for me.
