The interview process was different. After a phone interview I got invited to spend a half day in the office to work with other applicants in the same job in specific problem (small hackathon). Indeed this requires to take this day off, I found a group of at least 10 people in the interview; we got divided to four or five teams. I worked on a specific problem, the team members kept observing us working which is totally fine. At the end of the interview, I felt they were not able to judge neither technically nor personally. They thought that this way might help them, but it was just a waste of time. I enjoyed knowing new people anyway. The real problem that shows that this company is unprofessional, they did not even care to call back telling the final decision, however they assured they will in both cases. So I wasted my time and I did not even got a feedback!
