SMOOTH! The interview was fast and easy. The spoke with a recruiter over the phone who explained the role briefly and answered my questions. The recruiter got me set up for an in person interview to meet with the managers. During that meeting the managers explained the position in full detail and was super upfront and open about everything. This allowed me to be very confident in my decision making and love the overall environment of Aimark!
