Relatively easy. Knew employee and was recommended for the job. Met with owners and discussed options for CSR. Also, mentioned wanting to be a sales man. Nothing ever happened. I didn't fit their ideal of what a sales person could be. Even though at previous employer, I was a successful sales person.
