Very long waiting time. For interview process until result is almost 2months. Applied through indeed, after one month applied received phone called from hr for interview. While the interview experience was generally OK, I suggest that the process could be further improved by ensuring respect for each candidate's interview time. A more streamlined approach to managing the queue and being mindful of the overall duration would contribute to a fairer and less biased process for all candidates.
