The interview process at AirMason started off very promising — my first call with the CEO was great, and in the second round I really got to know what the company does and felt aligned with their mission. The third round also went well, and I even received positive feedback during the conversation. But after that, I was ghosted — no response, no rejection email, nothing. It was disappointing, especially after investing time and energy into multiple rounds. The interviews themselves were great, but I wish the process had ended with clearer communication.
