I was required to answer some questions in order to apply for the job. They then contacted me to arrange a Skype interview, which I passed, so I was invited to an assessment centre. Before attending the centre, I was required to complete a case study which took a while. Once at the centre they got you to do various tasks as well as interview with one of the team. There was then a final round which I made it to. This final round was very intense and they scrutinised everything about your strengths and weaknesses, your job history and current job applications etc. (it felt like everything you said was wrong). Be aware that you must justify every single word of your answers. In this final interview I felt the team's true colours came out and it made me really consider if I would want to work for them anyway.
