I want to give a shout out to Airtasker for 1. publicly advertising the salary range of the job advertised. We all talk about fair pay and breaking barriers but a few companies actually act on it. Kudos! 2. Scott their recruiter for subject matter expertise about the role, which was a pleasant surprise as generally recruiters don't really understand the technicalities of the role they are hiring for. I didn't proceed with the application due to my own reasons but Airtasker will always be on my list in the future.
