I applied online. I interviewed at Aislelabs (Toronto, ON) in Sep 2022
Interview
A horrible experience all in all. They don’t value your time nor you as an applicant. It’s obvious it’s a horrible company. They pick your brains and don’t get back to you.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Lots of questions about the product, experience , their weird test
I had 2 rounds of phone interview, the first round was basically a run-down of my resume. The second round has some JD specific questions. Didn't hear from the team after that, kept following up but there wasn't any response
I had the first phone interview with someone in the next company, then there was a second stage of a presentation analyzing data, which was a little time consuming. I successfully moved on to the third stage interview, which was with someone in the customer success department. I was successful and moved to the “final” stage with two Team leads in the company and this was in person. One month after, they never reached out with feedback if I was moving forward or not in the interview. Four stages of interview and they ghosted. Very terrible attitude, considering I spent my time going through all those stages and going to their office.
