I applied for MEAN stack from LinkedIn. the same day got call from HR for my more details and initial screening round, she scheduled my telephonic interview for the next day.
Was waiting for the call on scheduled time but didn't received any after 2-3 follow ups finally got call later in the evening on the scheduled day.
Telephonic Round - asked basic questions from Node, Angular and MonogDB, this round was easy was looking some in experience person googled top interview questions :P
Got call from HR on next day for scheduling second round which was F2F with senior members.
F2F round - It started on time as i was there before time :P. There one two people in the panel one was CEO of the company and another was called himself as Manager.
Manager started questions from Nodejs and Expressjs and move the context towards React js, Docker, Swagger and Devops which i never worked neither i was supposed to be asked as i applied for MEAN stack developer.
The CEO didn't asked a single question was just working in his laptop.
After F2F didn't received any call from HR even doing multiple follow-ups.
*Please make sure what you want from the candidate you are hiring and mentioned those thing in JD. For a MEAN stack you are asking and supposing kubernetes, hyperledger, Solidity etc.
