I had the first interview with the recruiter, which went very well. Didn't hear from them for a little over a week after so I reached out. Felt like they gave me a second interview out of obligation. Ultimately rejected for the role.

The interview questions were standard fare, including providing transparency about their recent layoffs and asking if I knew the company handled cannabis, and if either of those things turned me off.
