I am not sure if there was any confusion but our Bootcamp program has always been for 12 weeks (in some cases a week or so longer to cover some latest and important topics). We regret if this was due to any miscommunication or misunderstanding. “When asking about the placement I was first told that they had a specific Fortune 500 company that needed 5 people after training, then was told that was not the case. After training all they do is set up interviews with partners. They would not answer about any guaranteeing of a job. “ - We deliver SFDC services to our clients (including some Fortune 500 clients) and, in some selective cases, work with a few very large partners. No one (Repeat – NO ONE) is ever given a job guarantee because we cannot guarantee a job. It is dependent on several factors such as market conditions, project inflow and the candidate's own performance during the Bootcamp. However, please note that we succeed only when Bootcamp trainees become part of our team. “I was supposed to start training on may 1st and then was told I would possibly start training on June 18th but they could not commit to that.” We only convey tentative dates and yes, these dates can vary. No one is forced to commit or to join. Start date can depend on a factors like completion of the previous bootcamp and onboarding the minimum strength etc. “Biggest issue is that they would not share the contract or put anything in writing.” – Everything is clearly given in written and no one is forced to sign any contract. You are free to attend our bootcamp for a week (free) before you decide whether you want to proceed forward or not. We appreciate your feedback and wish you good luck.
