There are indications that other areas of the hospital may have a better culture, but candidates within the Enterprise PMO / IT areas should be aware that they could advance through three interviews (hiring manager, panel of directors, and CIO), be asked to wait for a decision for several weeks, and then be informed via the boilerplate email from the Applicant Tracking System that they are no longer a candidate.
By experience, that appears to be the hiring process for the EPMO.
