After submitting my job application, they contacted me about 3 weeks later and scheduled a phone interview. It was a very direct interview, asking whether I've had direct experience with the necessary tasks the position is asking for.

The HR person gave me a screening call and then I was scheduled for an in person interview with my team right after. The process was very low stress but a bit slow. There was more paperwork and forms to fill out that I am used to. They asked me my favorite excel function and I couldn't think of an answer, that was the only hard question. They offered me a second interview but I declined because I already accepted another Job.
