I applied for the position online and was scheduled for an interview approximately 6 months later. The interview was slightly more formal than I expected from seeing other departments in action. I was asked basic questions from 2 managers in the department.

The most difficult question to me was where do you see yourself in 5 years. It's hard to say bc that job opportunity would have taken me on a much different career path than my current one.
