I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Aleido (Budapest) in Aug 2023
Interview
The interview had 4 rounds, a phone screening interview, an online test, an interview in person with the team leads, and the last one is another on site interview with the regional manager.
The call interview was easy-peasy, but the test was really hard, I'm still don't understand what I saw... Lot of logical questions, grammar, so literally an english/iq test hybrid...At least they gave me the chance to participate without writing background.
