Common stages of the interview process at Aleron IT Solutions as a Senior Java Engineer according to 2 Glassdoor interviews include:
The CEO himself leads the interview. After a short introduction, we dived right into a code review task for the technical part. I liked the unusual approach. We did not proceed because It was for a senior position and I had only 2 years of experience. But he liked my attitude and exchanged connections for future offers.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Aleron IT Solutions (Budapest) in May 2023
Interview
The CEO conducted the interviews. After a brief introduction, we spent an hour on a standard code review task. The process thus far has been pleasant, giving a positive impression. After the interview, they issued an offer that I accepted. They invited me for an in-person introduction to their office, where they painted a fairy tale like picture of the company with close to 100% employee satisfaction and whatnot. The entire encounter felt forced and awkward. (-At this point, it was already a no-go from my part-) The next day, the CEO sent me an email, receding the already accepted offer with zero explanation. I think I dodged a bullet on this one.
