The interview process was very professional and smooth. They do mention a lot of on the job requirements which I appreciate as it was very transparent. Gives the candidate some baseline to consider and they answered all my questions clearly.

They asked if I'm very meticulous and if I will be bothered by the very fast-paced and busy work in operations. Pretty general in terms of operation roles.
