Then I had the interviews where they asked about my experience, problem-solving skills, and how I handle different situations. Then after passing the first interview, I was directed to do the written exam. Overall, it was a smooth and structured process that helped both sides see if we were a good fit.

Very difficult to get an interview, it is based on connections, and people you know from the inside. receptionist told me that there are criteria that they don't put on the application form, such as nationality and gender, and according to this you might be disregard from the interview.
