Premier contact RH via LinkedIn, puis via la messagerie Alibaba "DingTalk". 3 semaines entre le premier contact et l'entretien visio. Le manager est en chemise, et pose des questions très techniques pour valider vos connaissances marché (GMV share de vos segments, opportunités, trends, etc).
Réponse finale du RH via DingTalk, "you have not passed your interview". Dommage, aucun feedback par téléphone. Le manager n'est pas revenu vers moi pour expliquer sa décision. Tout doit passer par un intermédiaire et via l'application du groupe.
