Red flags in the phone interview. Ghosted afterward.
The "Director of Human Resources, Quality, Safety, and Training" emailed within 4 hours of applying to schedule an interview the same week. During the 30min phone interview, she strongly emphasized their fast-pace and how everyone wears many hats there. She also strongly focused on the appearance and content of their website. Then she asked technical questions written by the Engineering Manager. However, she didn't understand the questions or the responses. When she asked me "What experience do you have with DFM?", she responded as if I answered poorly, but then described DFA instead. At the end of the interview, she asked if I was willing to relocate to a different facility than where the job was posted for. I received zero contact afterward.
