3 interview rounds: First Round: general screening interview, overview of my resume and experience. Lasted 20 minutes. Second Interview: Exactly the same as the phone interview. Interviewer was 15 minutes late, asked more in-depth narrative-driven questions about my experience. Short tour of the building. Not clear on why that lasted 2-3 hours Third interview: spoke with managing director. Before meeting with her I waited in the lobby for 20 minutes, The was given a tour of the website by the interviewer from sessions 1 and 2 for an hour. Director and I chatted for 30 minutes. Seemed like an excessive waste of time. Interviewer form sessions one and 2 had questionable grooming standards (excessive plaque buildup and wrinkled clothes). In retrospect glad I did not land this job!
