Interview
Please don't waste you time in the application and interview process. I had phone interview with the hiring manager and she said that I have all necessary skills required for this post and she will get back to me in a week or so. I followed up many times. No courtesy to even send the rejection email. Worst experience ever.

Interview
Please do not respond to interview calls from this company! It is a scam. They never intend to hire you. It is just a clever ruse to understand some science in your resume that they are struggling with. Extremely unprofessional scientists. I got an interview call two weeks after I applied for the job online. I scheduled an interview with the Hiring manager, who missed the time but we rescheduled. He asked me bare minimum about my previous work experiences and started asking specific technique related questions in the project that I worked on. I got a bad feeling just by the framing of questions but I let it pass. He reacted well to the interview and said there would be couple of more interview rounds. That's it. He disappeared. I reached out to him thrice with one/two week gaps in between but no response. Not even a courtesy rejection. I have never encountered such unprofessional recruiter. They closed the job opening shortly after. It was very typical start-up way of fishing around for information. Ridiculous! Run as far away as you can if you get an interview call.
