All Aboard Childcare Center interview questions

Very amicable and pleasant. At the time they were short staffed, so they were looking for teachers assistants. No drug test required. References should reflect prior experience working with youth. Background check is conducted after the interview. At some point the director brought in the assistant director, but only toward the end of the interview.
