I was called in for an interview with All American Express Solutions after replying to an online posting they had. Had an interview with Gary the Co Owner, and the interview went well. Although we got along, Gary spent most of the time complaining about the other applicants. Not sure if it was a part of the interview to catch me off guard, but Gary made multiple comments about me “not having any experience” even though we spoke through all previous positions I have held. After the interview, I was told I was on the shortlist of candidates and would be brought in for another interview. Gary never got back to me about this second interview, even after follow up emails and a phone call (where I talked to him directly and he insisted he would schedule the next interview ASAP). There are dozens of logistics companies around Indianapolis that are desperate for good employees, so don’t waste your time interviewing for All American Express Solutions especially if you are currently employed.
